Terms of Service

This terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by the CMS Company (the "Company"). The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any changes to these terms will signify your acceptance of those changes.

  6. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  7. impersonates any person or entity, including any of the Company's employees or representatives.

2. User Conduct

a. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service.
b. You agree not to use the services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Company's servers or networks or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the services.
c. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the services, or any other systems or networks connected to the services or to any Company server, or to any of the services offered on or through the services, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.
d. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the services or any transaction being conducted on the services, or with any other person's use of the services.
e. You agree not to use the services to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
f. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the services, including but not limited to, data protection, privacy, and intellectual property laws.

3. Termination

a. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
b. If you wish to terminate these terms of service or your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.
c. All provisions of these terms of service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The services and all content and materials contained therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade.
